You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are aligned with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements. By utilizing tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI, you will analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance process performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on audit findings and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads and process owners to ensure that process improvements are effectively communicated and adopted.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI to analyze process performance and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and incorporate relevant knowledge into process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure that all process improvements are documented and maintained in accordance with organizational standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process assurance, process improvement, or a related field.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO, or COBIT is a plus.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of process issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is a plus.
