📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' locations to negotiate payments and resolve overdue accounts.
• Gather and verify necessary documentation to support collections.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding amounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit recovery or collections.
• Proven track record in managing and resolving delinquent accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
