📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct training sessions for sales and customer service teams, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into training programs.
• Collaborate with the training and development team to design and implement training initiatives.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with training software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
