📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial operations.
• Provide training and support to finance team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to resolve financial issues and ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial operations or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
