📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Oversee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record in employee relations and recruitment,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus
