In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and providing support during workplace issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with benefits regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a HR capacity.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
