📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Assess employee training needs and develop appropriate training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops in both the office and remotely.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training.
  • Strong knowledge of educational theories and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to design and develop training materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
