📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned store area, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they meet company standards and contribute to team success.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Promote and participate in company events and initiatives to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and area operations to the Area Manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
