Warung Indra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our cafe and coffee products. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales and enhance our brand presence in Salatiga and beyond.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Manage and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics to optimize strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for coffee and the cafe industry.,Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior in Salatiga is a plus.
