📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, providing regular feedback and reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.,Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.
