📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
