Global Den Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting the distribution operations and ensuring smooth supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process from start to finish.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports and documents.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in resolving any issues related to distribution and logistics.,Work closely with the Distribution Officer to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
