Shine Seed Pratama is seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Engineer to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.,Conduct site inspections and report on any issues or concerns.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Assist in the training and supervision of site personnel.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction and engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
