📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support the Operational Manager in monitoring and evaluating operational performance against set targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide operational support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
