As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals.,Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
