📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance and ensure they meet the company's standards and targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retention.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong understanding of branch operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic financial management and reporting.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
