📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the restaurant.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with marketing and customer service principles.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
