As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of landscape professionals, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life, using advanced tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of landscape projects, ensuring they align with the resort's vision and sustainability goals.
• Manage a team of landscape professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs with overall resort development.
• Use advanced software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create and manage landscape designs.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable landscaping.
• Train and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape supervision, with a strong background in sustainable landscaping.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and SketchUp for landscape design and planning.
• Certification in sustainable landscaping practices, such as LEED or similar, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and environmental standards in Bali.
