📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to ensure high standards of service and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
