Agung Nanda Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with the HR team to align learning and development strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other HR tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
