📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
