📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
