PT Nusa Otoman is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Ubud, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory filings.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
