📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze scaffolding systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards.,Conduct structural load analysis to evaluate the safety and stability of construction projects.,Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Perform site inspections and provide recommendations for improving the safety and efficiency of construction processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on scaffolding and load analysis.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, materials, and design codes.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, ETABS, or SAP2000.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
