📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or beverage industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
