As a Tea Barista at CHAGEE, you’ll be the heart of our operations, daily preparing and serving a diverse range of premium teas, from classic blends to innovative creations. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every cup is brewed to perfection, and every customer leaves with a smile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a genuine love for tea.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of premium teas, ensuring each cup is brewed to perfection.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning the tea bar and equipment to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.
• Recommend and suggest teas to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tea trends and brewing techniques to offer innovative and exciting options.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure we always have the finest teas available.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Tea Specialist in a premium tea environment.
• Deep knowledge and appreciation for high-quality tea, including various brewing methods and flavors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Proficient in using a variety of tea brewing equipment, including espresso machines, steamers, and grinders.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
