As an IT Intern, you'll work closely with our L&D team to develop and implement solutions that support our employees' learning and development journey. You'll be responsible for maintaining our learning management systems (LMS) and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address learning needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other L&D tools.
- Support the development and implementation of digital learning solutions.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify and address learning needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the design and development of learning programs.
- Assist in the creation and management of digital learning content.
- Support the implementation of training and development initiatives.
- Assist in the evaluation and reporting of learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D technology.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of LMS platforms such as Moodle or Blackboard.
- Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
