📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in coordinating and executing daily operations, including event setup, breakdown, and logistics.
• Manage vendor communications and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Support the Operations Team in managing schedules, ensuring all events run smoothly.
• Assist in data entry and maintenance of operational records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on daily activities.
• Gain hands-on experience with event management software such as Cvent and Eventbrite.
• Assist in organizing and managing event materials, including signage, promotional materials, and equipment.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with the event management industry is a plus.
