Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimize logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead procurement activities, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee inventory management, implementing systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using data analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing global supply chain operations.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
