📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create tailored event strategies.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and budget management.
• Use Eventbrite and Bizzabo to plan, promote, and execute events.
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Analyze event metrics and feedback to continuously improve our services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior team members to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.
• Certification in Event Planning (CMP) or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
