Our building is equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, and we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring these systems and taking appropriate action in the event of any security breaches. Additionally, you will be involved in regular inspections and audits to ensure that all safety and security measures are in place and functioning correctly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and security
• Manage a team of staff, including security guards, cleaners, and maintenance personnel
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and maintain state-of-the-art security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all safety and security measures are in place and functioning correctly
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all building regulations and codes are met
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of the building and enhance resident satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the property management industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facility management or building services
• Certification in first aid and emergency response is a plus
