📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accurate and timely calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) using advanced accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of COGS data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize production costs and improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date cost data is collected and recorded.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including COGS reports, for management review and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on budget variances and cost performance metrics to ensure compliance with financial targets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in management accounting and COGS analysis.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cost control procedures and financial reporting practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, with a focus on COGS analysis.
• Proven experience in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in management accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
