📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage project plans using MS Project and Trello, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations during pre-opening and post-opening phases.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the development of operational manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate and improve existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Provide regular reports to the Director on project progress and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management within the F&B industry.
• Proficient in using MS Project and Trello for project planning and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
