Daily, you will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store equipment, including refrigeration units, point-of-sale systems, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Work with store managers to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including electrical safety and workplace hygiene.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and implement system upgrades.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, including refrigeration units and point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including electrical safety and workplace hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field (preferred but not required).
