Kaizen & Training Technician - Continuous Improvement Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data using Minitab and other statistical tools to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill technical staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and reduce waste.
• Monitor and report on the performance of Kaizen initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in implementing Kaizen and training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and training, preferably in the manufacturing or technical industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in using Minitab, Kaizen software, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and mentor staff.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Daikin's products and processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing industry.
