You'll ensure that these assets are in optimal condition, and you'll oversee the implementation of maintenance schedules and strategies. Additionally, you'll handle general affairs such as office administration, compliance, and safety, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's physical assets, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Oversee the implementation of maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Handle general affairs such as office administration, compliance, and safety.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and report on asset performance and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management and general affairs in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
