📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Maintain and restock coffee equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere in the café.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
